I had my sons birthday party on Friday 16th August 2019 at 5.30pm, I can say the staff were absolutely amazing, especially Georgia and Toby definitely deserve a pay rise, their customer service is what makes me and my whanau come back all the time, having a last minute birthday they did everything to ensure it ran smoothly, cannot thank them enough for taking the pressure off!! Tramps kept the kids busy as well as the lazer tag, the other staff member who ran us through the safety requirements for lazer was awesome, my kids could ask and say whatever and feel comfortable. To many times these things go un noticed but just a little appreciation for the ones who keep your business thriving, I will 100% be booking more parties in the future ❤️ also coffee was bomb well done...

I called to ask if I made a group booking for laser tag and not everyone shows up then do I get a refund? The person on the phone said that I should get my money back but she wasn’t the manager on the next night so she couldn’t guarantee that it would happen. I told her I wanted to book so we didn’t miss out. She said that social laser tag finished at 8pm and that they probably wouldn’t have any people in after that, so I said cool then we will just come in after 8pm tomorrow instead of making a booking so then I don’t have to worry about getting a refund. She said sweet as and the call ended. The next night we get there just after 8pm and they tell us they’re closing. The signage and the website say it closed at 9pm??!!!?? Not...

What a disaster, if you want a coffee and chips you'll be lucky to get it before your jump time is over , I was watching many people coming up asking about there order and alot were not happy we order two large fries and didn't end up getting them after over a hour wait, we did get a refund on the chips but that doesn't help the hungry kids moaning there leaving hungry, the cooking area is not equipped to handle the demand I only seen one person in there doing all cooking and coffees etc, I completely understand things get busy they need more staff, tables dirty with the last families half eaten chips and empty coffee cups , sorry to have a big rant but it was a...
