Anna was absolutely fantastic. I had injured my knee and couldn't wash my hair myself and Anna so kindly agreed to squeeze me in despite having a busy day. She made me feel really comfortable, was lovely to talk to and overall ensured I had a fantastic experience. I haven't felt this good since my injury so...
