I can only say that I have been there twice and I don't want to go there again. First of all, as a student, I just wanted to buy a drink after school and pay the bill, but I was told to leave my backpack at the door for no reason. I felt a little speechless, but I didn't take it seriously I was going to introduce her to some new snacks and drinks and was told by a security guard that no photos were allowed but I didn't see any warning beforehand and I thought the store was a terrible place and treated the guests like thieves. I was just at the self checkout and noticed that the screen i was using was filthy. So I said to the "lady" (staff member) " Excuse me " to which she rolled her eyes and said yes? I asked her to look at the screen to which she replied "its only this " sarcastically and proceeded to smudge what looked like a bit of snot 🤢 so I replied "you reckon, have another look: to which she replied "its not so bad" . I replied with "maybe for you". Just want to say that was pathetic. Your older staff need re training. The only helpful staff are the young ones in the isles and the security guy. I live in Titirangi and don't usually shop at NW greenbay, was driving buy and stopped for a quick shop, had my backpack with me that I carry as have back issues and can't carry a handbag, was asked to leave it with a security guard at the door and told backpacks were not permitted, no lockers, no secure place to put it, was basically treated like a thief, very disappointed, not going back.
