Worst experience ever. Ordered funeral flowers from a well known site( Petals Network) that Green Bay Florist, are a member of, and only after i rang Green Bay Florist did i discover that the owner had declined my order, because she wanted more money for delivery. I was not contacted at all. She was rude to me, at such a vunerable time, that even after i broke down in tears she showed no compassion, Used to be a regular supporter of the local Florist, but never again. Terrible product and service. Spent $120 on a bouquet which I quite literally could’ve bought from the supermarket, they also didn’t provide the colours I requested eventhough they said they could... Contacted the business regarding the terrible quality of the bouquet which in no way was worth $120 and they sent a dismissive message and really couldn’t have cared less. Will never buy from...

Extremely hurt and disappointed. Feel cheated as I booked red rose bouquet for my daughter 's 16th 2 weeks before valentine I went to the shop booked 12 roses bouquet and firstly I never got roses...it was just stems...secondly she increased price last minute on phone making valentines day excuse....I would never go back such a rip off...
