Situated at a busy part of 3rd avenue in Gwarimpa, there is adequate parking when it is not so busy. Security men assist in parking. Ground floor h as s dominos pizza and upstairs is cold stone. I got there with my friend and only one staff was attending to 5 customers. The rest could be seen talking to themselves inside. We waited for a while and had to ask why they will be talking to themselves and we were told it was a meeting. A meeting by 4pm when at least 5 customers and more customers coming up, were waiting to be attended to. Eventually after 15mins, I called out to them to please attend to us. Someone eventually came. He was not happy taking our order and he didnt make our scoops of the ice cream adequate, we complained and he ignored. I wanted to have toppings, he just scooped all the ice cream into the cup before I told him that I wanted toppings and so he had to remove it and put my toppings. I had sweet cream, Hennessy and brownie. It was lovely to taste..as is most cold stone ice cream. To pay for the item was also a problem, their POS was not functioning well and someone was ahead of us and we had to wait for a while and my friend and I decided to add all the cash we had to pay and leave the place. Coldstone has been advertising online and I ordered ice-cream delivery which was accepted (#406292). Delivery scheduled for 4.44 pm. When I called at 5.09pm I was first told there were no riders for delivery. Then i was asked if it was an online order. When I said it was, I was told the ice cream would be delivered. It is now 7.15pm. No sign of delivery and Cold Stone had no courtesy to cancel my order...

If there is a seven-star rating I will give it to this outlet. The ice cream was served on time. The staff were prompt and polite but the most outstanding part of my visit was meeting the General manager (whom I have heard a lot about). She was fun, full of life, and absolutely fantastic.
