Dodo Pizza Gwarinpa — Restaurant in Gwarinpa

Recently tried Dodo Pizza and had a mixed experience worth sharing. While there was a delivery hiccup despite being super close by, I appreciated the manager personally calling to apologize and explain the situation. Had to pick it up myself, but their customer service showed they cared.

The food itself was mostly a hit! The Combo For One with the Dodo Supreme pizza (got it with chili peppers) and chicken strips was fantastic. The BBQ Chicken Pocket was another standout. What really impressed me was how versatile their sauces were - both the BBQ and Peppe sauce paired perfectly with practically everything on the order.

Only letdown was the Beef Suya Dodster - the sauce/cream in it just didn't quite hit the mark for me. Kind of disappointed since I was really looking forward to trying it.

Despite the delivery issue and the one menu miss, everything else was genuinely delicious. The prices are reasonable for what you get, and the original dough they use makes for great pizza and pockets. Will definitely be back to try more items, but might skip the Suya...

They have cancelled my order saying that they don't when their rider will be back. I told them I can wait till a rider is available but it took 3 hours and they have cancelled without my notice. The other time was even worse when they said they can't deliver to my side which is literally over the bridge and they asked me to pick from their side of the bridge.
