The Rollins Hotel & Towers — Hotel in Gwarinpa

The rolling hotel and towers is easy to locate as it is standing tall by the road side. No need for long description, it has trees and flowers to supply fresh air in the environment. Looks well managed with visible CCTVs. The space is well utilised. Presence of functional elevators, though could carry just 2-4 people at a time. Stable electricity, water supply is ok too, a convenience store in the reception area and a conference hall too. They serve freshly cooked meals and I totally enjoyed my order. You can make cash payments, card payments or transfer. I couldn't get to enter the gym but I went to the pool area.. not so big also. My overall experience...

For a relatively new hotel, management needs to improve on maintenance especially in the bathrooms. Breakfast is complimentary but poor and extremely unattractive, food was not hot. This is the first time il see egg omelettes already made and kept down. Omelettes should be made differently and there is a reason a chef should be on standby making them. Thats the tradition. Poor array of food dishes. Room is spacious enough, it has a nice mattress and decent lighting. Very neat. Beautiful reception but please Improve on quality in general especially...

We had a good few nights stay in The Rollins. Friendly service greeted us and though our room was a little small but the overall experience was great. The hotel design is modern, clean and their breakfast was great. The water pressure for shower is our stay’s highlight and the room is comfortable. Staff was also very friendly and accommodating.
