Disappointing return policy and poor customer service.
I tried to return some clothes in-store, only to be told I could only get store credit—not a full refund—even though their website clearly states that returns are allowed within 14 days for online purchases, including in-store returns. I had the receipt, unused clothes with all tags, all well within 14 days of purchase.
The cashier claimed the items were ineligible for refund because they were bought at a 20% discount and outside of the 24h discounted item time frame —something that was never mentioned at the time of purchase. Have you as a customer ever heard about anything equally horrendous policy befor? This felt misleading and unfair.
To make matters worse, I was first offered a gift card for the same amount, which then turned into store credit. Either way, the money remains locked to the store, which defeats the purpose of a return.
Combining the unpleasant attitude from the cashier and with the unclear policies and poor in-store handling makes for a frustrating experience.

Read moreToday, you had the pleasure of having 3 black girls between the ages of 12 to 14 in your shop because they seem to like the clothes. The service was NO WHERE NEAR good. Instead, the cashier, a very young lady, humiliated them, STARING AND FOLLOWING THEM about in the shop, whilst the other customers don't get her attention, just racially profiling them, peeking in their changing room whilst the girls try on clothes and even told them they couldn't be in the changing room together. Yes, there was space enough for 2 and they were 2 in there. A VERY TERIBBLE experience in terms of the service. I will be back to get pictures for this...
