The price was a bit much for 2 hours. The sauna was nice on the inside but the cold shower wasn't even a shower, it was a garden hose with a garden shower head. The changing room was very bad, the lockers didn't lock, there were no benches to put your clothes and the shower inside had some plumbing problem, the water drained so slow that you had to stop showering to let the water run down so that it didn't overflow. And there is a walk from the changing room to the sauna, and on gravel too. The place where your going for a swim is also very risky if it's low water level, there is a place off to the side but they have canoes on the bridge, it's a side ladder. So if your going, take slippers with you and don't have too high...

Cost was 250kr per person + an additional 50kr to rent a towel, which is the best value I saw anywhere in the country (some of these run upwards of 1100kr per person). They have a room to change inside the main building with lockers for belongings and bathrooms as well as a place to get tea. The sauna itself is perched on the dock- for cold water dunks you go straight into the saltwater harbor.

We were greeted warmly by the host who set up 'cosy lighting' in the changing rooms and provided us water and hot coffee on a tray. Great facilities for changing and stowing clothes. We were the only two guests and had the full suana for x2 hours. It is easy to enter the water by a walkway and ladder or if you are brave by jumping. All in all it was a magical experience. So peaceful....
