On 16/08 we booked a one way trip Skageflå - Geiranger at 4:50 PM. We wanted to book the 3:50 PM boat, but suddenly there was only one spot left instead of three. We went to where we thought we were supposed to be. The link to the meeting point mentioned in the e-mail didn't work and there where no signs. There were a lot of people on this place. We got there around 3:30 PM. We didn't see anyone leave on a RIB boat around 3:50 PM. Then, around 4:20 PM, a large boat showed up. They asked if we had a ticket, we could go with them back. Around 4:50 PM I got a phone-call if we where already on the right spot. I said we left with a other boat.. “A big boat?” they asked. When I said yes they just hang up. We clearly weren't the first to leave on the wrong boat. This could have been stated more clearly in the email! I lost all my money (86€ for 3 persons! I had hesitated for so long to do this for the price, but I did it for my daughters and then this happened!) I asked in a e-mail for some explanation, what we did wrong. I send the e-mail 2 times now and still no answer! I know they will keep my money and I won't get it back but this is easy money for them! So please don’t book with them, it feels...
Read moreMy daughter (8 years old) and I booked this tour through our cruise line … and I’m so glad we did. The entire crew from start to finish were all wonderful, so kind and helpful. What an amazing and easy way to get out on the water and get to experience the Seven Sisters waterfall (and several others) up close and personal. We loved the local history and folklore shared by our wonderful guide, Idse. He was chivalrous and ensured our safety was in check, which put us at ease. We loved his insider tales about the local schools and farms “back in the day” and even showed us a legendary, authentic troll. My only compliant is that it wasn’t longer … we definitely wanted more time on the boat and with Idse....
Read moreAmazing rib up the Geiranger fjord. The staff explained everything beforehand and provided floatation suits and life jackets. Our driver stopped at various points explaining there used to be many farms up in the mountains and stopped at the waterfalls turning the boat so that everyone was able to view. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to get right into the heart of the fjord. We were on a cruise ship, but booked this independently beforehand. There were 4 adults and we paid approximately £110 per person less than what they ship...
