ย ย ย Read moreI purchased a pair of Solomon shoe for hiking from Z Sports Al Araimi Boulevard mall located in Seeb, Muscat few months back. I used it only few occasions for very normal use, not even hiking. Sole started opening (almost an Inch) from the body of the shoe and there was gap created at the side of the toe where water can go inside the sole. Immediately I approached Mr. Milad of the Z sports of Al Araimi Boulevard mall showroom where I purchased the shoe. I was disappointed as this was expensive shoe. Mr. Milad of showroom kept the shoe for 2 days and returned the shoe by pasting the sole without having any discussion with me. Worst part is they cut full one side of the sole and pasted with some gum and it is looking so bad that it is difficult to wear being a new shoe. They should have asked us before repairing and cutting the full length. I did not give them the shoe for repairing. They are selling so poor quality of shoe that you can not really use. They refused to refund or exchange the shoe. This can not be used for hiking with this poor quality shoe. Very arrogant and bad dealing of Z Sports and not selling the good products. Buying from Z Sports is very bad decision. I have a big doubt about their quality and originality. In a reputed Mall, this kind of poor quality and bad dealing is not acceptable. Please be alert from Z...
ย ย ย Read moreA nice place but... I had an experience with one Cafe. Currently named Cartira. Previously named Barbera. The place is OK. It has indoor and outdoor tables. We, a group of families used to visit the Cafe frequently. During the week and in weekends. We have noticed recently a change in the hospitality services provided by the Cafe and the staff. If fact, they deal strangely with customers. The moment they get a good number of customers especially at the weekends or during the WC matches viewing, their services stoop down. They became arrogant and selective based on unclear criteria. They declined our request of having a table although we are a family and we wanted to order so many items from their menu. Instead they gave the table to two unpredicted guests. Moreover, their manager, or as he pretends to be, The moment we argued with him about the vacant table, he called the security because we were smoking. (All the tables were having ashtrays and so many people were smoking) Anyway, that manager, tried hard to ruin our night and made his best to move around our table arrogantly keeping his eyes on our table while letting other tables enjoy smoking. The whole idea is not about smoking or not. It is about caring for the future of the Cafe and the whole...
