Restaurante La Papa (Town Center) — Local services in Juan Díaz

I pretty much payed 13$ for a frozen burger with no ingredients other than bread, frozen meat, and bread. If I wanted that I would've gone to McDonald's, which would've been cheaper on top of that.

The plate was just absurd. They serve the vegetables on the side, and a handful of frozen fries. And they're not even trying to hide it. Why is this an option on the menu? I know they serve good stuff here but this was catastrophicly bad. I wouldn't write this otherwise.

I'm not blaming the staff, they're just doing their jobs. And they were mostly friendly (though one of them kept hitting my chair as she walked behind me, having an entire empty row through which she could've gone through instead, and screamed out to call the other staff).

The restaurant had 6 other people, 4 staff, yet it took them over 20 minutes to give me the simple burger.

Again, I know this place is good, and the staff is also friendly and welcoming, as well as the atmosphere, but that experience alone left me speechless. That was just a dreadful plate. Remove that...

Este restaurante es una GRAN DECEPCIÓN. Personal pésimo y grosero, fui el 15 de octubre de este año y las 2 mujeres que me atendieron no tienen tacto y toda su atención de mala gana y con malos gestos, el tiempo para que te sirvan pasa de los 30 minutos o más y con decirles que le dije a las 2 groseras que si esperaba a 5 minutos más me. Cobrara las bebidas porque ya me iba , las bebidas disque "naturales" son bebidas en en polvo y más artificiales que una prótesis y calientes después de esperarar tanto tiempo ah! Y no les dio la gana de ponerles más hielo. Pedi una hamburguesa junto con mi hija y el pan era de pésima calidad y la carne ni hablar, la de un MC Donald los supera, 14 dolares cada una y mi esposa pidió un arroz con camarones qué no sabía a nada, simple y con 4 camarones mal puestos. There was only one waiter taking orders and 8 tables waiting for their orders to be taken. It took me more than 20 minutes to order a drink.

The table next to me had 3 dogs squealing really loud for the whole dinner.

The staff never approached to handle...
