Beach Break Shuttle Venao — Local services in Los Santos

It was a terrible experience. I booked the shuttle a week before on the website. I scheduled for the 16th and you will not have the reservation confirmed until you pay. The link for the payment was late, I paid and then they confirmed the shuttle with the wrong date. I talked with them about that and they sent me a ticket at 10 AM, 16th with no point of departure. One night before, at almost 10 PM, they sent me by WhatsApp a message that ask if I can meet them at 9 am in Selina Playa. I answered as soon as I had wifi if I could arrive at 9:30 because the ticket said 10 AM, I hadn't an answer, just a chatbot from the business account, that gave me the same message. The next day I sent another message and the same: no response. I arrived at 9:15 AM at Selina Playa and there was no one there. I called and they told me that they had gone at 9 AM. My flight was that day at 9 PM. The man on the phone was so rude and disrespectful he yelled at me, despite I was talking to him with respect, he told me that I was desperate and there wasn't his problem, he didn't give me a solution. I had to asked for a ride from some strangers in a hotel to arrive to the bus station and then take the metro and a taxi to the airport. Someone helped me to complain with the hotel Beach Break because they did the same to a couple of friends that need to travel. They know that in Venao there's no many options to transport and they didn't have a nice attitude with a client. Finally they returned me the money but if I would wait to their response I would lost my flight. I hope the man wasn't the owner because he has no idea how to treat a client and give solutions to...

I arranged this transfer from Panama City to Pedasí quite last-minute, but everything worked out perfectly! The driver arrived on time with a beautiful, well-kept Hyundai H1, helped us load seven large suitcases, hand luggage, 3 persons and even two cats – and managed to fit everything in without any stress.

He was incredibly accommodating throughout the journey. We could take breaks whenever we needed, and he even made a special stop at the Panama Canal so we could take some photos – such a thoughtful gesture!

We arrived safely and right on time in Pedasí, feeling relaxed and not tired at all, thanks to the smooth drive and the flexibility for snacks and drink stops.
