Steven's | Multiplaza — Local services in San Francisco

Steven's Multiplaza is a multilevel department store, it looks amazing, staff is helpful but not on your face every 5 seconds. In this trip, I was looking for underwear and jeans, the stores knowledgeable staff, assisted me as I moved through the different sections of the store. I was able to try on certain pieces of underwear, pants and t-shirts, anything not white, which means that they are keeping a watchful eye with biosecurity but have reopen the dressing rooms. We bought window blinds with rails at Steven's for $140+tax. When we started unpacking, we soon realized that they sold us a used product. And not only used: the rails already were cut and drilled in! And some minor parts were missing.

What a scam!

Since we live far away and a trip to the city back and forth would cost us half a day we kept it and worked around the problems.

Fui con mucha ilusión a comprar en esta tienda, pensando que por los precios tan elevados la calidad sería buena y el servicio, excelente. Lamentablemente fue todo lo contrario. Desde el momento en que entré, la atención de las vendedoras fue pésima: una actitud completamente indiferente, sin interés en ayudar ni en ofrecer información sobre las tallas o materiales. Me atendieron con desgano, como si estuvieran haciendo un favor, y en ningún momento mostraron amabilidad ni disposición.

Aun así, decidí comprar un pantalón que me pareció bonito (aunque caro para lo que ofrecían). Para mi sorpresa, en apenas dos días de uso se rompió, sin haberlo lavado ni sometido a ningún esfuerzo fuera de lo normal. La calidad del material es nefasta, nada justifica el precio que cobran por una prenda tan frágil. Claramente no hacen controles de calidad ni se responsabilizan por lo que venden.

Intenté comunicarme para expresar mi inconformidad y no recibí ninguna solución ni disculpa. Es frustrante gastar dinero en un lugar donde ni la atención ni el producto cumplen con lo mínimo esperado.

Sinceramente, no recomiendo esta tienda en absoluto. Mala atención, ropa cara y de pésima calidad. Una completa decepción y una experiencia que deja claro que el nombre o la ubicación no garantizan ni buen servicio ni...
