The evening cleaning specialist (4th floor) is one of your most valued staff members. She goes out of her way to smile (a rare commodity for someone who usually works behind the scenes) and make the clients feel at home, asking if there is anything she can do to make the room a little better. I believe she works until 9 P.M. so that is quite a long shift! Please find me her name and ensure she is scheduled for your next supervisor promotion! Now, as for the hot water...it is always hot, then burning, then hot. It never stays the same. It is your trademark that I endure with each stay. I use the straight stream so I can jump out of the way when the second-degree burning temperature comes out and then step back into the water when it is comfortable. This occurs about twice a minute. Get maintenance to fix your system. Please! Also, instructional signs...on each floor, in Spanish and English, "Please talk quietly in the hallway; remember your voice travels into the rooms." The wooden room doors amplify everything from the hallway into the bedrooms. At 6:30 A.M. I did not want Bill yelling down the hall saying, "Hey Fred!....How'd you sleep!?!" I did not get a chance to complete my sleep after my late night arrival and be refreshed before my business meeting. Thanks,...

I recently stayed at the Courtyard at Multiplaza for a second time (the first was wayyy better) and, unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While the hotel has the undeniable advantage of being directly connected to the upscale Multiplaza mall—which offers great shopping and dining options—the positives largely stop there.
The air quality in the room was noticeably poor, with a musty, stale scent that made the space feel anything but fresh. Worse still was the state of the bedding: one of the beds had sheets so wrinkled it was obvious they had been used before—not exactly the standard you’d expect from a Marriott-branded property.
Breakfast was mediocre at best, with limited options and uninspired flavor. The coffee, in particular, was ghastly—bitter, burnt, and undrinkable. Honestly, next time I might just skip breakfast entirely.
I had considered booking a massage during my stay, but the prices were outrageously high, which quickly put an end to that plan.
All in all, if you’re looking for a convenient place to crash after shopping at Multiplaza, this hotel might work. But if you’re expecting comfort, cleanliness, and quality service, you’ll likely be...
Read moreI spent a full month in this hotel (July 16th 2015 to August 17th). Because of my job I have to spend many nights at hotels like this in many cities. I have to thank ALL hotel's staff for their kindness and professionalism they showed all times that I needed their attention. Starting with the reception desk personnel who every single time they understood my questions and requests with a frank and friendly smile. Their restaurant with the friendly and very supportive staff and the omelet guy, always ready to solve anything. The restaurant manager who was always ready to assist their customers at the floor. Their cleaning staff and even the security people. Always ready, always attentive. I believe that the lobby decoration requires an uplift to make it more Century 21's and up the level of the many 5 stars hotels in the city. Also, the elevators require a overhauling. They are frankly ugly. The rooms need a shake. The beds are comfortable and the old Marriot's pillows are not available any more. A new trend architect would love tearing down what you have in your rooms. Although, they are clean and comfy. Finally I need to publish special gratitude to Ms. Scarlet Acevedo at the front desk. She is just...
