Gungal Rock — Local services in Benguet

Mt. Ulap is an excellent Day-long hike consisting of 3 peaks. Gungal Rock is the 2nd peak.

Beautiful scenery. It is newly opened to the public. It is a long hike 10-12 kms total. 2 camping sites kne near the first peak. One after the third peak.

I recommend, unless your agility is very high, that you backtrack for descent after the 3rd peak. It lengthens your journey, but the descent into Brgy. Sta. Fe is very steep, rocky, and hard on the joints.
