Traveler's Guide: You can reach the Busay Holiday Pool by riding a motorcycle (Habal-habal) at JY Square Lahug Cebu City. They might charge you 100 pesos when you go alone, the lesser the price when you come in group. It is better to go their if you have a private or rented vehicle.

The resort has a good overlooking view perfect for family bondings or group swimming. The entrance fee is only 100 pesos while the overnight stay is 120, the cottage are way affordable starting at 300 php. They have 4 pools available most are shallow and perfect for kids. The water is not so cold compared to the mountain view pool. If you are looking for a weekend pool trip it would be the best resort for you. Generally clean and nice place. Not crowded and well maintain. Very good landscape and amenities. No corcage fee which is good if you plan to bring your own food.

The bad part, no lifeguard on standby, swimming is limited until 7pm only, very limited food offer at their cafeteria and karaoke and other activities including resto will close also at 7pm. And you have to pay additional for the entrance fee even you already book a room for a night.

I would have rated this 5 star if not for the additional entrance fee and what's the point of staying overnight if you have nothing to do otherwise because you can do nothing beyond 7pm. Even watching TV is no possible because the room have...

The pool is safe for all because the lowest point is just 5 ft. You can do slides. But, you must be aware that some clothes don't slide away easily. The pool can be warm when a large number of people occupy it. They are hard to reach. You need to hail sa motorcycle ride in JY Square mall which costs 100 per person going there and 50 when going back to JY. The highlights are their karaoke and hanging bridge. Entrance is 100 for adults and 75 for below 4ft. You can bring drinks from the outside because there are no corkage fees. Their shower rooms are not good. Some have broken hinges and locks.
