Honeycomb Hostel truly offers a million-dollar view, making it a memorable place to stay in Cebu City. We booked a private room at ₱3,500, which was comfortable and decent for the price. For budget travelers, bunk beds are available at around ₱600 per night—still a fair deal considering the location and the panoramic scenery you get to enjoy.
The menu, however, is quite limited and priced on the higher side for a hostel, so it might be better to explore nearby dining options if you’re staying longer. On the plus side, its location right beside Tops Lookout, one of Cebu’s popular attractions, makes it very convenient for sightseeing and catching those breathtaking city views both day and night.

Awesome hostel! The rooms are great, everything is modern, and you get a key card for the room and a key for your locker. The place is quite new - it opened in 2024. The staff is really friendly and takes great care of their guests. They even have a small gym/workout area with weights!
If you want to visit TOPS as well as the Temple of Leah, this is a great location! The TOPS entrance ticket is already in your stay included - you just need to show your room badge. I can totally recommend it!
Note: You’ll get a Grab to bring you up, but getting back to the city or airport via Grab is pretty much impossible. The hostel offers a taxi for 1,500 PHP, which is quite expensive. Alternatively (as they recommended to me), you can take a bus to the city for 50 PHP and then book a Grab from there (to the airport, it’s around 500 PHP).

This hostel has a really great atmosphere! The beds are spacious, the bathrooms are very modern and clean. There are small lockers to keep valuables safe. The common area is social plus the staff is amazing and super helpful. They even have 2 restaurants with various breakfast options ranging from western or local along with a bar with the name „darkside of the moon“. How cool is that?
