Robinsons Place Iligan — Local services in Iligan

So I wanted to shop for late-items on the grocery list. Here I am in Robinson's place Iligan at the supermarket. The place was spacious, the items are well arranged, I like to point out how they put that large visible price billboard, yes not a tag because I can read it at long distance without a binoculars.

It is air-conditioned so you could spent longer time thinking about your grocery list hoping nothing is forgotten. There are personnel who could assist you as well on where to get the items you want to buy.

I usually pay in cash so I was expecting to find automated teller machine (ATM) somewhere but I didn't, the mall directory says it has a bank so probably there is an ATM.

The parking is a guarded uncovered space and it was good enough for me except on a hot days or rainy days when you go back to your car either feeling the heat or caught by rain. I just don't used to carrying umbrellas all the time.

This morning, my brother went to Robinsons Place ILIGAN CITY, he mistakenly bought all-purpose flour instead of cake flour, so I went with him to go back and ask for a refund/exchange. When we got there at the customer's service , they told us that there was "A NEW LAW OR RULE" from DTI (Department of Trade and Industry) that they CAN NOT longer void or avail REFUNDS/RETURNS or EXCHANGE. As a customer I was disappointed because that was the first time in my whole life to hear such service rule. But when I searched and look up to their terms and policy when it comes to return policy. It clearly stated that a customer can return an item within 60 DAYS! Robinsons place Iligan's employees has such bad service when it comes to customers. One of the best thing that happened to Iligan is the opening of this mall. Though it lacks some stores that you see in other Robinsons Place, it is surely has more to offer. They have the newly opened powermac center last year. Hopefully I would see DataBlitz or iTech stores here so that I won't go to CDO anymore. Nevertheless, the mall is still great. Movieworld is always offering the latest movies from hollywood which is a nice place to go on a date. Their food court located at the 3rd floor is a must visit to grab a bite to eat.
