Ridiculous. Thats what this is. The new building manager created new set of house rules meant to make this place a jail house and not a community. You want to have an irritating day? This is the place to be. Where guards follow you around even if you are a home owner for 5 years making sure that you follow house rules. And mind you... they can be down right harassing. If you are to record how they talk to you and follow you around... you can actually file a case in court for harrassment. The not so brilliant building manager cannot manage a simple complaint who can only utter 2 words in an hour conversation... "house rule". I have to buy new curtains because my brown curtains are no longer allowed. My clothes are wet during rainy days because im no longer allowed to temporarily hang my clothes in MY OWN unit even when its raining. I can only smoke according to the guards inside my unit only and not in open air. Huwaw! And my neighbor who is currently pissed off just got called off for having too many visitors yesterday in his OWN unit. Not additional members to live in his condo... but VISITORS in HIS condo that HE BOUGHT. Visitors not allowed in your own unit. Pathetic! Take note... they can give you lung cancer, wet clothes, luve in isolation BUT they cannot do anything about the hundreds of cats and the stinky car litter which you can smell while enjoying their so called oasis environment. And of course... their supposed to be law abiding and strict house rules implementors who are good in being alduterous security guards who apparently are great at getting the yayas and household helps pregnant. So dont even consider this place unless you like living in a jail house.

And to the google user who mentioned that pets are not allowed... well surprise! My neighbor at the first floor...whose unit is just right beside where the guards stay has a dog!!! I guess its already allowed. You just make sure that you them something extra everyday so they will be nice to use and not harrass you with the house rules. And what the heck... there are hundreds of cats... so any pet will not make...

As a resident of One Oasis Pasig, I’m deeply concerned about the lack of urgency and accountability from our building management (Filinvest).

After a fire incident on October 12, 2025 in the nearby houses, residents discovered that our fire hydrant had no water supply and the fire pump system was not functioning. Despite multiple reports and follow-ups, no concrete action or inspection has been done as of today.

This is a serious fire safety issue that puts all residents at risk. Management has been slow to respond and only issues statements after repeated pressure from tenants. We hope this review helps raise awareness and encourages faster, transparent action to ensure...

Place looks old and not well maintained. However it has a nice pool and clubhouse. It is close to a lot of establishments simply because it has a commercial building right beside the residential area. The network signal in the area is not that good either. There is a lot of security in the area so it feels pretty safe however a lot of people can go in and out of the place, although we have not heard of any incidents of crime...
