Hi, I’m updating my review here making it detailed for other furparents.

August 27, 2025 I brought my dog Toffee to The Hungry Paws La Loma for grooming, pero nagkaroon sya ng injury sa dulo ng buntot (skin peeled at the tip, heavy bleeding) kaya kailangan namin dalhin agad sa vet.

To be fair, sila ang nag shoulder ng emergency vet bill that day at sumama ‘yung staff nila until end ng treatment.

Pero after that, nagkaron pa si Toffee ng follow-up check-ups at wound ointments amounting Php 3,080 in total (may resibo at reseta). When I asked for reimbursement, they asked me to provide a written letter that says I will remove my google review and I will refrain from posting further negative content regarding this matter.

Inlove with my cat’s new haircut😍 ✂️ I want to thank the receptionist or the owner (not sure)who was very accommodating while waiting for my pet to be finished. The groomer was also very kind and considerate knowing that my cat has a small bruise so they assured me that they will be careful with it. They also suggested some droppers I can use for my pet to relieve him from scratching, overall experience was 💯. Although we waited a little longer because the pet before our cat had some additional needs which we understand because they prioritize what each pet really needs. We will be back soon!...

I had such a wonderful experience at Hungry Paws PH La Loma QC! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my questions were answered. The store is clean and well-organized, with a great selection of quality pet food and supplies. Prices are reasonable, and I appreciated the personalized recommendations they gave for my pet’s needs. Definitely a go-to spot for pet owners in the area....
