Lemme share you a story. So we had this graduation for agents who passed the training and we organize the event, so we decided to pick foods and noodle king is been suggested by our colleague. We never hesitate and order quickly because the even will start in 1hr after the shift. I ask my colleague to help us pick up the food at noodle king. So my colleague went there and my colleague shared his exp while getting the ordered food, my colleague ask for help to help him out tie the food to his motorcycle and guess what?... He was rejected and all of the staff is like looking at him from head to toe and I know that; that is very easy to do but it is 4 bilao big bilao well atleast they help him to tie the food it is not that hard to assist customer right?
