Pacura reached out to me via instagram and invited me to be a model on their trainings. I’ve asked what hair styles they are planning to do, and they assured me that it’s like a normal visit and they talk to me first to make sure i’ll get the hair cut i want. i decided to risk it and that was my biggest mistake in a while. i had extremely long hair and didn’t want to loose any length, just add the layers to freshen it up a bit. i told that numerous times to the hairstylist and the people watching over her. they all were trying to convince me to cut it and i agreed to 5-10cm. again my hair is really important to me culturally and i was very open about that. in the middle of the haircut i noticed that it was way to short and the hairstylist assured me it was just like we agreed and proceed to cut it further. the “main” stylist that was looking over told me at the end “your hair looks nice at least” as i was holding back my tears. my hair is at least 25cm shorter now (it was laying way below waistline and now it’s just below my breast), which is very noticeable, and i cannot hold back my tears every time i look at it. i understand that i should have known better choosing to be a model, but i was reassured numerous times that’s i will get what i want. they could just simply tell me that they can’t cut my hair like i want and let me go. great place to get a haircut if you have or want a short hair. not the best if you...

I requested a lighter and blonder shade, clearly communicated during the consultation. Unfortunately, the outcome was opposite to my expectations, transitioning from blonde to brown, especially at the roots and face. Despite expressing concerns, I was reassured it would wash out naturally and that I had to “trust the process”, yet after 3 months, the toner persists, resulting in a stark contrast between my lighter roots and the treated areas, resembling a poorly executed job for which I paid 640 PLN. Dziś byłam w salonie po raz drugi. Z pierwszej wizyty byłam całkowicie zadowolona, jednak tym razem postanowiłam spróbować nowego fryzjera i niestety – nie spełnił on moich oczekiwań. Od samego początku omówiłyśmy fryzurę, poprosiłam o obcięcie zniszczonych końcówek i zachowanie długości włosów, a także o skrócenie przedłużonej grzywki do wysokości policzków. Zaznaczę też, że mam gęste, zdrowe włosy z lekkim falowaniem na końcach i było to widać od razu. Strzyżenie odbyło się jednak na mokrych włosach, co, jak sądzę, było błędem. Najpierw została obcięta grzywka znacznie krócej, niż prosiłam. Po wysuszeniu okazało się, że sięga niemal do oczu, chociaż na początku była trochę dłużej liniii szczęki. Reszta włosów również została obcięta zbyt krótko. Przyszłam z długimi włosami, a wyszłam ze średnią długością. Patrząc na siebie w lustrze w salonie, wyglądało to jeszcze w miarę spoko i spodziewałam się że to tylko pierwsze wrażenie, ale po powrocie do domu i dokładnym obejrzeniu fryzury byłam bardzo rozczarowana. Tekstura włosów wyglądała ładnie, ale z moich długich włosów nie zostało nic, byli odciętę o 2 razy więcej niż prosiłam. Do tego ta krótka, mocno wycieniowana grzywka, która zupełnie do mnie nie pasuje. Moje włosy lekko się podkręcają na końcach, co dodatkowo sprawia, że wyglądają na jeszcze krótsze. Drugą rzeczą, z której byłam bardzo niezadowolona, była płatność. Otrzymałam rachunek na 280 zł, płaciłam kartą zagraniczną, a osoba przyjmująca płatność, nie pytając mnie, prawdopodobnie wybrała walutę dolara zamiast złotego.
