Disgusting service. We made an order with delivery, agreed on the time, but the order never arrived. I called 20 minutes after the agreed time, the operator told me that there were a lot of orders (St. Valentine's Day) and the courier just went with our order. Ok, I understand.

After waiting another 1.5h, I called again. And the operator told me the order was just being ready for delivery. Absurd.

In the end we just cancelled it, because we ordered also for the our daughter (she loves sushi), but it was late time. My daughter threw a tantrum :(

Despite the fact that this is really tasty sushi, we will not order here again. I find this attitude to customers unacceptable and vote with my wallet.

Ordered before here a lot of times and everything was good. Today, I ordered spring roll with salmon and black dragon roll. Spring roll with unbeatable paper and with awful smell , the biggest part is cream cheese, salmon is not fresh and in a small amount. Gorszej obsługi jeszcze nie spotkałem. Złożyliśmy zamówienie na 14 lutego z odbiorem osobistym, powiedzieli że o 20:00 zamówienie będzie gotowe do odbioru, przyjechałem o 20:00, powiedzieli że mają bardzo dużo zamówień i trzeba zaczekać 30 minut, oczywiście powiedziałem że niema żadnego problemu i zaczekam. Za 30 minut powiedzieli że trzeba zaczekać jeszcze 20 minut, powiedziałem że rozumiem, zaczekam jeszcze 20 minut. Zaczekałem nawet 30 minut, podchodzę do nich, mówią że bardzo przepraszają, ale pomylili zamówienia i zamiast 4 pozycji które zamówiliśmy będą inne pozycje i jeszcze trzeba 10 minut zaczekać. To już bardzo mnie wkurzyło, ale powiedziałem ok, niech już będzie. Oczywiście, za nawet 20 kolejnych minut zamówienie nie było jeszcze gotowe i dowiedziałem się, że będzie nie 4 pozycji, a tylko 3 (jak już pisałem wyżej, innych, nie tych co my zamawiali), powiedzieli mi, że to przez to, że zamówienie przyjmowała właścicielka i przekazała im nie prawidłową informację (dodała, że przez to, że to jest błąd właścicielki ona nic z tym już nie może zrobić i zmienić). Przepraszam, ale tu już nie wytrzymałem, powiedziałem, że nie będę jeszcze czekać i płacić 150 złotych za inne zamówienie na które już czekam półtorej godziny, z ich strony nie było żadnych prób rozwiązania problemu, tylko...
