Passport is delivered? You cannot pick it the same day unless you pay 30 pln. Base on what??

Do you want to pick passport you can schedule a window pick up only the next business day between 11-3pm. Just to make it is super hard for all those working people to take additional day off.

You can of course pick your passport Outside of this time! You will be charged 30 pln. !!!

You are late for your appointment ? We will charge you as well!!! Fat 30 pln for few minutes late.

Please is run by the bunch of sad people no one send any parcels or do any serious business there. Just pick up passports with an extra charge.

Not sure how embassy allows that sort of practice this is should be simple illegal practice UOIK...

I came here to collect my passport after receiving my U.S. visa. I wasn’t able to schedule a pickup appointment through the system, so I showed up during the pickup hours (11:00–15:00) and paid the 30 PLN fee, as stated on the official website. The whole process took literally one minute!

The staff member was very kind, spoke English, explained the situation clearly, and even apologized for the inconvenience. After reading many negative reviews, I was a bit nervous — but my experience was smooth and positive.

As long as you come during the right hours and bring the required documents, everything should go fine. Don’t be afraid to walk in if you can’t...

good night! tell me, we were approved for a US visa, me and my mother are 73 years old, in a week I have to go and pick it up from you! can I pick up my mother's passport so that the old woman/visually impaired person doesn't have to travel specially from Kyiv for it!!! What documents do I need for this, I am her biological son! we have the same last names! so that the department employees can give me her passport without her presence!!! I will be very grateful for an answer!!! Do you forward documents to UKRAINE!? so that I don't have to go to Warsaw...
