At the small island bar on the first floor, Quoisque Buondi we had some chocolate balls, one of them had a stick stuck in it to be like a small lollipop and because of the air inside the chocolate ball had mold. We tried to explain to the workers there the situation and also showed them as the ball was already bitten. The workers said it was safe to eat and it was white chocolate, when it was obviously not. Then a boss came and showed us that the expiration date was still some months away, and said it is safe to eat, when we continued to say it is mold he brought us a new one. We also took pictures and put them on Google and it was clearly mold it was identified by many other people and also Google lens. This thing can happen to anyone it is obvious that air goes inside the ball and it can form mold because of the stick. Other balls had no sticks so they also could not build mold inside. The shopping mall itself is great what let it down massively are the women in the malls car park walking around the cars holding small children begging for coins to feed their children when we first parked our car there was one woman holding a child stuffing her face with food as soon as we parked she was there over my shoulder begging for money saying she needed coin to feed her daughter and she wouldn't leave just kept talking even after I told her I didn't speak Portuguese. After returning to our car there was a different woman clutching another child in the exact same place with the same story about needed coin to feed her child. As far as malls go, it is the definition of mediocre. As average as a mall can get you have access to most of the things you need to have in a mall. The parking is well priced and there is plenty of space, it has a large gym and swimming pool, and a very small ice skating rink at the top of the mall. What is annoying is the layout, which forces you to go around the mall to get to different levels.
