Altex — Local services in Balotești

Hello Altex.. Good evening. I bought a Vortex electric scooter on December 28th last year from Altex Balotesti. The bill and service report are provided below. The company said that it had a 4-year warranty. But I used it for 2 days. While I was going, the speed gear was inactive in the middle of the road. Although the electric lights worked, I could not drive. So the next day I took it back to Altex. The relevant officer who checked it there said that there was a problem with the electric cable. He said that it would take two weeks to repair. Or the money could be refunded. I wanted to get it repaired. Even after 15 days, there was no information.. or text message, so I went to check with the bill. There, the officer at the relevant acceptance counter took it to the service and brought it back. It cannot be repaired.. presenting the service report there. They also told me to pay 1650 leu for the inspection of the scooter. I was very shocked.. Then I informed the head of the company I work for and he intervened. Explained the relevant situation and then released me.. In fact, without him, today I have nothing but legal recourse. I did not go to the police.. Because of my boss. The problem was actually resolved.. I am reporting this to you before spreading it on social media.. With great responsibility, you employees of Altex. Except for a few.. Most are very rude.. They look at the color of their skin. They sell goods and provide services.. Why do they do that.. We pay taxes like the people of this country. We work legally. In fact.. When we buy. The rules do not even tell us.. All the hidden fees. With. I bought many things before. We were bought a new electric scooter on 03. 01. 2025 then we are choose one electric scooter they are told out of stock so we haven't no option we were bought.It looked muddy, so we cleaned it up and asked. One of the guy he took back area and clean. We were took for actually my friend birthday surprise gift. He start to ride it's dosn't work some error on display then we shuttenly back with scooter at the show room then in the cashir they told you have worrenty we can repair and we can give with in 15 days . We hand over on cashir .until 15 days no reply 12 th day i went to ask what happened for my electric scooter he told (ce veri ma) with angry. I didn't say nothing customer caring zero. Again we went 17th day then one guy told in cashir we are sorry we can't repair. We can't do nothing if you want your bike again must be you want to pay 1630Ron. After my boss talk with him he told ok you don't want to pay you can take it. Now we have warranty not rapir. What is thise i asking. I have all bills and waanty card . It's not...

Bună ziua , vreau să împărtășesc cu voi experiența neplăcută pe care am avut-o astăzi pentru prima oară în cei 3 ani de când achiziționez diverse produse de la Altex Balotesti Value Center , săptămâna trecută am fost să duc la reparat o imprimantă , astăzi la ora 13:25 am primit mesaj să merg pentru a o ridica , când am ajuns acolo i-am dat procesul verbal fetei respectivă ( o fată foarte tânără) și i-am zis ca doresc sa iau imprimanta , respectivă fata ( foarte drăguță cu mine ) a căutat imprimanta cam de 10 ori prin sala, prin depozit, chiar la sunat pe colegul ei care terminase tura pentru a-l întreba dacă știe unde este imprimanta , fără rezultat ( colegul nu a răspuns la telefon) la un moment dat m-a întreabă dacă a venit soțul sa o ia , i-am răspuns ca nu , după jumătate de oră ( verificări etc) fata imi spune ca imprimanta a fost ridicată de cineva ,ca a venit cu același proces verbal , i-am explicat domnișoarei calm ca nu este posibil , pentru ca eu nu am fost, i-am cerut procesul verbal sa vad semnătura , semnătura nu era nici a mea nici a soțului , între timp la chemat pe directorul adjunct Ghelmez Marius Daniel ( un băiat foarte tânăr și el) i-am explicat situația și lui , iar el foarte arogant a început să mă jignească, să mă insulte (citez: de unde știu eu ca tu nu ai dat procesul verbal cuiva sa vina sa ia imprimanta și după ți-a dat procesul verbal înapoi ,etc ..) după ce ma făcut pe față hoață , a plecat in spate in depozit cu fata și după ce și-a dat seama ca ea a greșit , intre timp s-au uitat pe cameră și era un domn in vârstă care o luase , a ieșit și mi-a zis ca ma suna ei mai târziu să vadă cum rezolvăm , am plecat și la 20 min m-a sunat să vin să iau imprimanta pentru veniseră băiatul domnului înapoi să o aducă . M-am întors , fata și-a cerut scuze pentru ca a fost vina ei , OK , nu ma deranjat , măcar nu ma jignit , dar in schimb acel domn director adjunct un încrezut , de parca Altexul este al lui , un om fara nici un bun simț a procedat OK in situația asta? Acum va întreb , e normal așa ceva? E normal sa fiu jignită ...
