This place is poorly designed in terms of accessibility and convenience. To get anywhere, you will have to walk a lot, even if you can see a place right in front of you, but on some other level or across the rail. I might understand that in 80s, or in some massmarket shopping mall, where it may make some sense to put food carts and other quick mass demand places on the long paths and corners. But this mall is definitely targeting middle- and lower high class customers and therefore can't have any sustantial crowd, thus this design can only irritate people walking an extra mile around some empty shops.

Also, security personell and some store clerks look and act inappropriately, somewhat tacky...
