International & online buyers beware -

In March 2022 I pre-ordered a modelkit. After 4 months I didn't get anything. It was already past the pre-order date by then. I contact the store and they say there's delay that they can't help. I wait another 3 months, it's October 2022 now. I hear nothing from them so I email again, asking when it's there. I only hear sorry, i'll get notified when it's ready to ship.

It's August 2023 now. The pre-order date of the modelkit keeps getting pushed forward, because it's still up on the site. Meanwhile other modelkits are added from the same series. I have heard nothing from the store. I can't get my money back. I don't think i'll see any...

I purchased with shipping abroad and my experience was possitive. One item was an preorder and another was backorder. The preorder kit appeared as far its become available in Europe and earlier than some other stores :) but I had to wait a little bit longer for backorder kit. When I had a question I got an answer fast. The store send me a message before shipping to confirm the address, since some time has passed, what is nice. Great options of figures and kits and best prices. Ho prenotato alcuni volumi presso il negozio, e anche se abito molto distante dal negozio (ad 1 ora e 20 minuti di macchina) avrei fatto il viaggio volentieri perché il negoziante prometteva di avere il prodotto prima di qualsiasi altro negozio vicino a me. Il giorno in cui sarebbero dovuti arrivare, Prima di partire chiamo il negozio per avere conferma che sarebbero arrivati in giornata, e mi viene detto di si, e mi viene dato anche un orario di riferimento a cui andare. A quel punto parto ed una volta arrivato (1 ora e mezza dopo) mi viene detto che il corriere ha tardato e non si sa quando arriva, quindi io mi sono fatto 3 ore di viaggio fra andata e ritorno e pure a mani vuote. Se lo sapevano potevano chiamarmi e dirmelo, visto che avevano il mio numero. Quindi mi dispiace, il negozio è anche carino in sè, ma i commessi assolutamente non professionali, non mi hanno neanche proposto uno sconto (anche simbolico) per scusarsi di quanto accaduto, quindi non ho potuto far altro che annullare la prenotazione e rivolgermi ad altri negozianti, più seri magari, visto che loro se ne sono sbattuti, detto ciò questo è il modo migliore per...
