This review will be detailed and long on my experience in this branch as I always go to DQ’s, and this is my first time in this branch.
My service was (Shellac Gel Polish Manicure & Shellac Removal).
The costumer survive were excellent, polite and professional on WhatsApp and the Phone call I made when I couldn’t locate the location exactly.
The receptionist (Maha) was VERY welcoming, polite and friendly although it was at the end of the day but still her positive energy was there. She must get a raise.
The technician (Mildred) is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. She focus on details and a perfectionist in her work. I only gave her one comment which is to cut more (Although I usually have a lot of comments). From now on, whenever I came to this branch, I will book an appointment only with her for sure. Though I did not try any others, but my first experience with her made me decide that I am satisfied enough not to try anyone else but her.
The place overall is quite, tidy and is a nice place to chill and relax. They have piano music on all times except prayer times of course, which is very respectful.
My only advice to the owner which is minor is to put a panner or something indicating the place of the spa from outside … so no one gets confused of the...
Read moreI’ve been going four spa for years. My last session as well as this one I walked out disappointed. And today, I was much more disappointed. Quality of work. Rude manicurist.
On top of it all, I had told them that I had a meeting right after my session that I had to attend. And so they completely messed up my work schedule!
Way to lose a client. I recommended fourspa to a lot of my friends to you & now I’ll be saying the opposite. Even the receptionist agreed that the work wasn’t up to par.

Read moreI had to edit my review of this nail Spa because of the boorish receptionists. Its weird that they don't retain a retuning customer. Straight faces and no smile. On the other hand, there's often a mistake in booking as I always book at least two weeks in advance with certain manicurists/pedicurist but to my surprise they're unavailable! The manicurists are nice and try their best to please the customers. But the face of the spa are condescending and lousy in solving customers issues...
