SO FAB Salon — Local services in Al Maathar Municipality

I would like to share my experience with everyone for So Fab salon cause I’m extremely excited to do it.

From the first moment someone enters there can feel relaxed. It is super clean, smells so nice and they are providing you the privacy you deserve. The receptionist is more than welcoming and taking care about your needs. From the beginning I felt they trying their best to make me feel relaxed and they did it. There are variety of services and treatments, manicure, pedicure, lash extensions, etc. I tried the manicure with gel and the result as you see below is excellent and I felt impressed for the extra services that I was provided with. They put on my neck a warm pad to keep me relaxed and while using the UV lamp for my nails they put on my hands cloves to protect my skin from the UV rays 😊😊🙏

The Signature Mani and Pedi was disappointing. The pedicure was fine, but the manicure only included nail shaping and polish—no scrubs, creams, or other hand care steps. When we raised this, the receptionist insisted that this is how manicures are done. We requested to be charged only for the pedicure and nail color, but we were still charged 300 SAR, which is very expensive. When we mentioned leaving a bad review, she rudely replied, “It’s okay, give us bad reviews. Some experiences are good, some are bad.” The service was rushed—only 30 minutes—and tools used on my friend weren’t used on me. Not...

The prices at the salon are great but I think the service could use some improvement. “Shin” the technician, she is incredibly friendly and patient with my comments, which I really appreciated but she definitely needs more training on gel application techniques. Just four days after my appointment, the edges started to peel off.

I also had a removal session with another technician, but I wasn’t completely satisfied with that experience either.
