Al Shatea Mall — Local services in Eastern Province

Shatea Mall – Great Vibes, But Needs a Flavor Upgrade ☕🍽️

I recently visited Shatea Mall with my family and genuinely enjoyed the cozy ambiance and chill vibes. It’s a great place to unwind, have a relaxed coffee, and spend quality time with friends, family — or even that special someone. 💑

The mall has a clean, modern feel that instantly reminded me of another similar mall I’ve been to — familiar in layout and energy, which adds a nice comfort factor.

But here’s the catch — the food variety is very limited. Most outlets serve the same kind of cuisine, and after walking around, it felt like there were no real choices for something different or exciting. If you’re a foodie or love exploring diverse dishes, you might feel a bit let down.

Shatea Mall has great potential, but it seriously needs more food options — international flavors, street food vibes, or even just a few unique restaurants to break the monotony.

Overall: ✔️ Lovely for coffee dates and casual hangouts ❌ Lacks variety in food — needs a menu makeover!

Unprofessional security team.. keep looking to lady's and not respecting family's.. very rude with customers.. A gang acting as they own the mall.. Not sure how the security companies is hiring the staff.. but for sure it's the place for jobless and sick groups(in al shatea mall only). It's just a review that I'm posting as per, not only my experience but also many friends.. TO AL SHATEA MALL management : PLEASE CHECK YOUR CAMERA RECORDS dtd 08-06-17 after 23:30. And you will see how the security company is managing small issues. ( WHAT ABOUT BIG PROBLEMS, why they will do.. are they closing the mall???? ) To all shops owners and management staff mybe you can now, know why the business is bad (exept some shops that people need daily as carrefour) otherwise this mall is almost empty during the day.

recently my visits to the mall to have the Civil Status Office Services there. there's a women's branch. i think the purpose of lot of people's visiting this mall to using Abshier Services. if you one of them and it's your first time, maybe you can't find Abshier Selfies Services area easily ,because it's not really inside the mall's building; you'll find it Exactly beyond it.

The device of Abshier Service's location nearby the main entrance but in behind. there's special section's own it. there's so many parking areas and in the ground floor you can reache it of inside. also...

i like Carrefour supermarket which's always be found open 😁👍🏻 in fact Carrefour is the only one remains opening till late hours of the night. exactly open till 1:30 AM There is Entertainment playing area near the restaurants for the kids ,It's nice place For...
