I do NOT recommend this place. Be very careful, and if you value honesty and transparency, shop elsewhere. Visitors should not be exploited like this.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Moog Phone store in jeddah Al Arab mall. I was visiting Saudi Arabia from America and went to their store with my son to ask about camera lenses. Without clearly informing us of the prices beforehand, the employee ( Lobna) installed the lenses and later surprised us with a bill of 200 SAR. When I refused and asked for them to be removed, she refused completely, falsely accusing my son of agreeing to the installation, even though he hadn't. She was extremely rude and disrespectful.

She also tried to pressure me into buying a charger, and after a long argument where I asked to speak to security, she threatened me instead of helping. Eventually, under pressure, I paid even though the same items were sold at a nearby street, in Palestine Street, for a fraction of the price — the lens protection that cost us a lot at their store was available for just 15 SAR elsewhere!

When I contacted the company, they admitted the employee’s behavior was wrong and said she was disciplined, but they refused to refund me, claiming company policy does not allow returns, even though I had been misled and pressured into buying. I even offered to return the unused items but was denied and misled. When I looked at my receipt, I saw that I have 24 hours to return an item and 3 days to exchange it.

They claimed the price was fixed, but I confirmed through locals and visiting Palestine Street nearby that the same items were much cheaper. I was forced to escalate the issue and told them I would report it to the Ministry of Commerce and leave honest reviews online because this behavior is not ethical nor acceptable, especially from a company that claims to serve visitors...
