We had a lovely dining experience at Piatto in Mall of Arabia. One of the things I truly appreciate is their offers, especially the salad and soup counter—great value and so satisfying.

Alhamdulillah, my favorite soup was on the menu that day. It tasted just like chicken rice porridge, which reminded me so much of our Filipino Arroz Caldo. It was pure comfort food and brought back warm memories. The salad corner was also fresh and flavorful—special mention to the tuna salad, which was sooo good!

We ordered the Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo with Mushrooms for our main dish. Since we got full fast from the soup and salad, we ended up bringing it home. It was creamy and well-seasoned. I was just a little disappointed that they didn’t serve it with bread—it would’ve made the meal feel more complete.

Their classic lemonade, which came with free refills, was also refreshing and well-balanced—not too sour or sweet.

The ambience had a nice Italian touch—warm, relaxed, and cozy, with a hint of rustic charm. Perfect for casual dining or even something a bit more special.

Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back—especially for that soup...

On Friday, September 5, 2025, after noon, I had the pleasure of visiting PIATTO & Steakhouse in Arabian Mall, Jeddah, and it was an experience to remember! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and the attention to detail. The service was excellent – fast, professional, and always with a smile.

The food was simply perfect. The steaks were cooked to absolute perfection, juicy and full of flavor. The salads were outstanding – fresh, creative, and truly unique, something you will not find in any other restaurant. To finish, the ice cream was wonderful – smooth, creamy, and the ideal way to end the meal.

Credit goes to the manager, who is clearly doing a great job, ensuring everything runs at the highest standard. The waiters were also excellent, attentive and very professional, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
