Very nice place where kids can do role-play for whatever profession they would dream to be. It is a good place for them to learn and play at the same time. They can be a fireman, a policeman, a pilot, a cashier, an operator, a radio or TV presenter, or even pay a visit to the gym! The staff is mostly friendly and enjoys working with children, but in my opinion there is a room for improvement in terms of familiarity with different jobs and in terms of time management. Also there should be an orientation on how things work inside kidzania for newcomers. We have spent some time trying to figure out where to start, how things work and we only knew the difference between tickets categories after we have already bought them! Knowing that there is a really huge difference between 3 years old ticket and the 3+ tickets. And this could made our experience as bad as it could be. For the tickets categories; if your child's age is 3 or less you can buy a ticket that allows him to play 5 or 6 games only. Which definitely is not worth the 85 SAR you've paid. The other ticket which is 135 SAR allows your kid to experience all the city except 1 game which requires the kid to be over 6. Adults have to pay 75 SAR tickets that grants them the access + a free meal (a 16 SAR meal). Which i think is insanely expensive. I have to pay 150 SAR for me and my wife to do nothing except watching our daughter! There is an extra charge (53 SAR) which you might pay if you'd like, this will give you a discount on a family photo, a free meal and most importantly a free adult entry in your next visit. This would save some money if you are planning another visit. Overall the place is very good and our experience as well. But there are some points that needs to be reconsidered; the adults tickets prices, secondly some of the staff need to be improved, and dining options need to be enhanced since people spend there at least 5 hours per visit. One more thing, i think that adults presence creates more chaos than it helps in creating order, many parents where trying to put their kids in the front of any qeue and we witnessed many unnecessary conversations and almost fights for nothing! One of the goals for such a place is to strengthen some values and ethics for the kids like purpose, order and respect, and unfortunately the presence of adults sometimes...
Read moreWow if i could give lower star i would. The worst quality place i’ve been to in Saudi. I’ve been to Kidzania in other country and the experience was so much better. First let’s start with all the employees which is mostly Saudi women have no joy, looks forced to work, don’t speak a word of english, the lady who work at fire department keep telling parents no pictures because she refuse her face to be taken picture. Do you think we came to Kidzania to care about your face? Wear a niqab if thats your worry. Have you seen a disney worker told people please no picture because they choose not to be in picture? Secondly i feel sorry for the kids, the adults who work here does not exhibit joy or characters or those who love children or those who work for children show at all. The standard of Kidzania around the world certainly was not kept here. You took hefty amount of money and give us this experience? Not to mention whats with the arab moms behaviors insisting on their kids cutting lines? This is the kids world, let them manage on their own how to line up and play. This kind of place is the reason why Saudi people earn here but rather spend our money for our children abroad. First to change the quality of this place, replace your employees with all those women with some well trained foreigners. They are better are running such things. The way all these women busy screaming “baadal salah” like they cant wait to take their break. Its kids play place, we don’t wait to wait for you to pray. If you have visited kidzania around the world u will not tolerate the experience u receive here. I came back having more high blood pressure than...

I recently hosted my daughter’s birthday party at KidZania, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. Unexpected Charges – We were charged for adults who were only dropping off their kids and not staying for the party. This was not communicated beforehand and felt unfair. Unannounced Closure – KidZania closed for 45 minutes for prayer time during our 2-hour party, which was a significant portion of the event. This was never disclosed in advance, and had we known, we would have reconsidered the booking. Broken Promises on Compensation – After acknowledging the issues, KidZania initially promised a compensation of 10 free tickets and 10 tickets at 50% off. However, after two weeks, they went back on their word and only offered a 50% discount on one ticket, which was disappointing. Delays and Lack of Organization – The meals were delayed, causing the kids to get bored. There was also no chaperone to guide the children through the stations as promised, leaving them without proper supervision. Missing Elements from the Package – The package included a parade, but it never happened. Additionally, the character appearances were significantly delayed, arriving only after the birthday candles were blown out.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience, especially considering the cost and the expectations set by KidZania. I DON’t recommend anyone to host their parties...
