I recently visited the electronics store and wanted to provide a detailed review. Overall, I'd rate it 4 stars. This store has a lot going for it, but there's one significant aspect that could use some improvement – pricing.
The store boasts an impressive selection of electronics. Whether you're in the market for the latest smartphones, cutting-edge laptops, or a range of gadgets, this store has you covered. The variety of products is extensive, and you can find a wide range of brands and models to choose from.
The customer service is another strong point. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to assist customers in finding the right products or providing technical advice. This level of service is crucial when dealing with electronics, as customers often have specific needs and questions.
The store's layout is organized and clean, making it easy to navigate and locate the items you're interested in. It creates a pleasant shopping experience, and the store's ambiance is inviting for tech enthusiasts and casual shoppers alike.
However, the area where this store falls short is pricing. While they offer an excellent selection and service, the prices can be on the higher side. It's important to note that electronics are an investment, but budget-conscious shoppers might find more competitive prices elsewhere. A more competitive pricing strategy would make this store even more appealing to a broader range...

I bought a 98ince TV from Extra and was encouraged by the salesperson to pay extra for what was pitched as a “full warranty.” They highlighted how this would protect me in case of accidents — especially since I have kids. It sounded like peace of mind, so I agreed to pay more.
Later, when my child accidentally damaged the screen — exactly the kind of situation I thought I was covered for — I contacted Extra, only to be told that I had only paid for an extension of the regular warranty, not accidental damage.
They showed me the receipt, and it clearly said “warranty extension” — not accidental coverage. So either I was misled, or it was an honest mistake by the cashier. Either way, it became my problem. And not only did I pay extra for an extension on the regular warranty which is something I do NOT need for LG... I also completely lost the amount spent on the TV with no damage control.
So here’s my advice: Don’t rely on what they tell you at the counter. Read your receipt carefully before you leave. What sounds like helpful guidance can easily turn into a costly misunderstanding. Unfortunately, an incident very unfitting for a well known store. I recommend either checking out Jarir or some other store when your looking for...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Extra. I purchased a gift box, which included a camera, as a present for someone. However, when the gift was opened, the camera was not working properly, as it was producing blank images.
I took the camera back to Extra and was informed that since it was more than 7 days after purchase, I should contact the supplier. I called the supplier, and they suggested I try using Duracell batteries, which I did. Despite this, the camera continued to display blank images.
I then visited the supplier again and was told that the films were expired and that they would only be responsible for the camera itself. I returned to Extra’s Tahlia branch in Jeddah, where I was told they could not help and directed me back to the supplier.
Now, my question is if films are expired. Why extra is selling the gift boxes with expired films are they are even not accepting the responsibility for it. I also tried to put review on their app and they are not publishing it. I have attached the screenshot.
I have contacted extra on customercare@extra.com and informed them that I have already visited the supplier and they are not accepting the responsibility. Still they are asking me to visit the supplier as shown in...
