I dine in twice in this restaurant. The food is great, the environment is nice. The reason I gave 1 stars due to issue with the waiter. First visit I have dinner with friendsfor her birthday. We ordered few meals and we want to add 1 more meal. The waiter was telling us the food we ordered already a lot, no need to order more. I asked is there any limit meal orders in the restaurant because I was shocked with what he said. He said no, we can order more but the meal we ordered already enough for us. I told him if there is any left over, I will bring home. If I am his manager, I will be kind of disappointed with my waiter service. Second visit, I asked what is the different between 2 menu of their's menu (both are noodles, look similar but diffrent name) which is about the ingredients and which one taste better. He answered me, "this meal is SAR25, this meal is SAR30". I told him the price is not the issue. After I said that he said, then the SAR30 taste better. Conclusion is, I understand the conscious about ordering a lot of meal but even if I decide not to bring it home, that is my choice. Even if he concern about we will waste the food, he not supposed to make that kind of comment because we are the customer, we payed what we ordered. I feel a bit offended when he mention about the price instead of the taste or ingredients. It is kind of answer that I will never expect it happen. Maybe because of my nationality, I am not sure. We didn't finish eating yet, but the waiter already bring the bill and the MADA card device for us to pay, we even didnt ask to pay yet. The other waiter even want to collect my plate but I told him I didn't finish eating yet. I asked the waiter what time the restaurant will be close because this action is like chasing us away. He said the restaurant will be close at 1230MN. At that moment, it is only 10.45PM. We was looking around as if there is any customer waiting to be seated so they need the table but the restaurant is so quiet, there is empty table around. So my 1 star review is for this kind of...
Read moreMashaAllah such good, clean, and flavorful food.. couple of years ago they had a Ramadan/Iftar buffet, but this year they did not. Called and asked and the person that answered said we could either order ahead or come a bit earlier. Took my family a bit earlier before Maghrib prayer, we reserved a table and got one of the private rooms by the entrance..
Everyone really enjoyed the food, really good portions, everything tasted amazing.. staff were friendly and quick to serve the food..

Read moreThe place name is incorrect hence location on map is hard to find. It’s actually Ching Hai Chinese Restaurant. Area is still under development too but ample parking available.
Beautifully authentic decor and very welcoming. If the fountain was working that would have added the sound of water which is always related to Chinese feng shui. And perhaps adding some relaxing oriental music too. Overall very cosy and clean environment.
Food was exceptionally good and well priced. All served hot and freshly prepared. We were given both chopsticks and silverware to use. Service was excellent. All waiters were neatly dressed in well designed uniforms.
Definitely made our Chinese New Year a special...
