I started going to Oriana because they maintained their schedules. I would go into my appointment on time. Until I didn’t. I called to book a roots hair-coloring appointment on the same day in Ramadan. When I arrived on time, I noticed that the team looked worried. The host sat me down and told me Khadija will be right with you. So I waited 10 minutes and informed the reception that I’m not willing to wait. They told me she’s busy with a client who is getting hair extensions and she wouldn’t be done anytime soon. I told them it’s completely fine I just don’t want to do the service anymore. Khadija came and apologized and I told her it’s fine I just have a commitment. I left and I managed to book another appointment a couple of weeks later. I came to my appointment and got the service done. After my first shower I noticed that the color didn’t hold. My hair is dark brown and I I wanted them covered with the same color but they remained white. We were already in the last 10 days of Ramadan which are hectic and busy and I was dealing with a major injury. I thought I will contact the salon after Eid. Partially because I would have to explain the situation and go out of my way for the third time for the same service diring their highest season. That service wasn’t done the first OR second time and God knows if it’ll actually happen the third time. So when I finally managed to book an appointment for a hair relaxing treatment, I showed her how the color didn’t hold and she told me, we cannot fix it today as the two treatments conflict. Khadija suggested I come the following day. I booked my appointment and when I arrived on time and inquired about the payment the hostess told me it has to be a paid service. I told her I have no interest in paying money twice for the same service. I invested SR. 800+ to cover my roots and a day later it wasn’t covered. She told me this is normal. We don’t know whether it’s the dyes or the hair or what exactly. I find it extremely troubling when you’re a service provider knowing your products don’t work and you still take people’s money in hopes of them not complaining. Mind you, I only wrote about my positive experience on Google Maps because I believe in local businesses and I believe in giving business the opportunity to handle a situation because it’s inevitable that issues will arise but it’s how it’s handled. I told her I insist on delivering my concern to the owner. She then told me allow us to give you the service. It’s such a shame, that the team doesn’t have the capacity to correct a mistake until we’ve waisted 45 minutes and waisted so much energy that is summarized as unfortunate and I felt like I’d rather go yo a salon that treats their customers with accountability and respect. I have no interest in taking the situation for granted. This is not about the money. This is about the principle. It’s like hiring a painter to paint a room black and after painting the room remained the same color. Would you hire him and pay him again for doing the same job? I finally accepted and went to the station to color my roots. At that point I had an hour left until my next commitment. They told me Khadija is busy with another client. Which is not my responsibility, as they waisted my time. The hostess tried to convince me to stay and I kept explaining that I would miss my next engagement due to their bad judgement. I’m the one who should be compensated, as a bare minimum financially since they cannot give me back the 120 minutes I invested and the damage caused processing my hair without any traces of it being covered. I called the establishment requesting the owner to contact me after I left. I made room in my busy schedule before traveling and they have no respect for my time. The first time or the second time...

Read moreFirst time here, and honest to say I walked off with a very not nice experience. I did mani padi, facial, and massage.
Manicure and pedicure: below average, I thought there would a little extra to the whole process like basecoat and top coat protection, but none really, not even a quick drying spray, not many colours to choose from, I did french mani and plain Color padi. The employee cut my cuticles so much it burned a lot once she sprayed disinfectant!
Massage: it was ok, but her hand were a bit tough so I didn’t really relax.
Facial: was the worst of them all, I left with bruises on my nose from such a painful experience to clean pores, I kept constantly telling her it hurts but just continued, and while she was semi-massaging my face to relax it honestly felt like beating my face, at least she stopped then when I told her to but what shocked me the most was the price! At first she asked me what facial I wanted I told her just a regular facial and anything to sooth my tired skin, so she said you have two choices with their own pricing ( didn’t mention the price difference) then she said I will know what to choose for you once we start a little, she finished the facial and said that’s it, I was waiting the whole time for her to ask me ??! So I went to reception and was shocked !! They charged me double the price of a facial just because of an extra mask that burned my face!
Sorry but it was such an unpleasant experience! I called and complained they said they will get back to me after they have a talk with the manager and until now nothing.
I don’t think I’ll ever go back there again, many other salons that have better service with cheaper and more...
