Definitely the worst customer service in Riyadh, I have been in many salons and this one is the worst customer service ever, I ended up leaving and not doing the service even though I booked in advance because of the way the receptionist treated me. The way the receptionist treats you is very rude and she insult you, please do not do my mistake and come.

I tried to contact them to book an appointment for makeup and hair on the phone the receptionist was very rude and said they close at 10:00 pm and I said thank you I will find another salon, so she replied no we can do one service, so I do not understand if you can do one service why she called to say there is no time to accept me as a client! I ended up doing a mistake and booking hair service.

On the day of my service, I was able to leave my work and arrive early so I just wanted to know if I can start the service earlier

and when I entered the Salon first there was no one at the receptionist. I asked to whom I should show (Tawakalna) and who will enter me into the system or provide customer service, the ladies said the receptions is eating now she is busy so I have to wait. Finally, the reception arrived after like 15 minutes of waiting and she asked what am I doing here? Her way was very rude and unprofessional,

Then I asked for how much will cost to do wavy for my hair, she kept changing the price every minute, without having a clear price list which is against the law

I booked an appointment to do makeup with Hanan, and I was so disappointed. She's insanely disrespectful and unprofessional. I was shocked from her attitude and rudeness. She was late for more than an hour and half or two hours, and kept lying to the receptionist and saying 5 mins 5 mins. And because of that I missed my appointment to do my hair at another salon. when she came she was acting rudely and didn't apologize for being late, and started asking me random questions as if nothing happened, then she said btw I was late cuz something went wrong with my car and I had to fix it. And she was clearly lying cuz she's always late. She kept chewing her gum in a loud voice too. She basically needs to learn basic manners. I will never do any services with her ever again, even if I wanna do makeup I'll do it with the other woman. But the salon has great decoration, and they do good nails, and hair. If I could give this place a zero, I absolutely would! The attitude here is the worst I've ever encountered, especially considering my loyalty as a long-time client. I used to visit when it was Lubna, and now I can say they have completely lost respect for their customers.

During my recent visit, I was shocked to find the chair covered in hair—it was disgusting! the technician I was assigned to showed a complete lack of care. She seemed more interested in rushing through my appointment to accommodate a “model” for their marketing than in providing a quality service.
