Morning itself means a fresh, a new starting, a new hope for life. So generally people think that morning means exercises, work out, gymming etc., but there is something more interesting then all of them. First of all wake up early in the morning nt bcoz of running :-D but to feel the fresh air in the atmosphere where the pollution % is lesser as compared to the whole day. Secondly, dont use cell phones in the morning just after opening ur eyes. Make urself free from all of such devices. Thirdly, go in the open air like a garden full of grass and trees. Walk for a while in the grass with bare foot which controls ur BP for the whole day, and if u r a fitness freak then u can continue with ur exercises and all. Last but not the least, after coming from ur walk or work outs, take ur breakfast regularly it will help to maintain ur digestive system for the whole day as we in our busy schedule always skip the breakfast which is very important for our food habits. After doing all this u'll definitely feel good the whole day at ur work at ur home or elsewhere. So start following these good things right from tomorrow...

One thing I mainly disliked was the music which is annoying/distracting specially when you're trying to focus on your work. They did lower the volume on request but after a while increased it again (I hope they take this into consideration and not play music)....
