I’ve been coming to bombshell for few years now, I’ve done the hot hair treatment with Fatima multiple times over the years, she’s the kindest and sweetest person with so much attention to details. The treatment was so gentle on my hair and so natural, it had no damage on my hair and simply made me my life much easier.

I also recently came in for a consultation with Deema requesting hair extensions. I expressed that I wanted to have some highlights in my hair but I’m so scared it might damage my hair. She reassured me that we can achieve great results with incorporating the highlights through the extensions. And Deema definitely didn’t disappoint! Disappointing experience. Paid approximately 1000 to get my roots done and tone my hair, but there was no change in color. When I called to get it fixed, they said corrections are only done on the same day, which was never mentioned before. Despite this, they agreed to a consultation. At the salon, the stylist and receptionist blamed me and said I chose the wrong color, speaking to me condescendingly and insisting the color was correct when it clearly wasn't. Their rude behavior and inability to distinguish colors properly were unacceptable. It’s scary that this hair salon thinks two extremely different hair colors and tones are the same. I refused to get my hair retouched there and I wont be returning, I would rather pay elsewhere for a salon that can distinguish between a warm undertone...
