Having said that... There were two ADULT parents going into the play areas and the jumping area with their shoes on! Pathetic that none of the staff were monitoring this sort of stuff.

Poor hygiene if parents are walking around with their shoes and kids are rolling around in the same area.

Priced at 100 riyals per child is steep... I would have expected a better managed facility at that price point. And they don't have any option for 1hr. So plan your day wisely... Let your kids stay there for 3 or 4 hours given it's fixed...

Bathrooms are dirty with no toilet paper or paper towels. No baby changing station. The area is sooooo so dangerously dark I can't believe they haven't fixed the lighting issue. How so they expect kids to play safely in such dark place. The floors and toys are dirty and clearly not cleaned regularly at all. I went to the toddler area and most toys are super old and worn out. With 85 or 100 riyals per kid I'd hope they're profits are enough to maintain clean and less worn out or broken toys. Horrible. Their management needs to revamp the quality and lighting and cleanliness for the kids sake and...
