I recently had the pleasure of visiting this particualr branch to purchase an air conditioner, and I must say that the customer service I received from a saleswoman during the morning shift (Wednesday 10th July at around 5:30pm)was truly outstanding. Although I did not catch her name, her dedication and knowledge stood out prominently among the few male staff present.

From the moment I approached her for assistance, she greeted me warmly and patiently listened to my requirements. Her expertise in air conditioners was evident as she guided me through the various options available, explaining the features and benefits of each model in a clear and concise manner.

What impressed me the most was her genuine interest in ensuring that I made an informed decision based on my needs and budget. She took the time to address all my questions and concerns, providing valuable insights that helped me narrow down my choices effectively.

Moreover, her professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire process were commendable. She never once pressured me into making a purchase and instead focused on delivering top-notch service that exceeded my expectations.

Simply THE WORST customer service I have received shopping in Saudi Arabia to date. Friday opens at 4pm but the cashiers weren't ready for more than 10 minutes and no one knew (or cared?) to explain. When one vacant attendant did show up to her register, I moved to the front of the line but was ignored. She spoke on Arabic to the person behind me and to the line of people behind him who all promptly moved to the next cashier and continued to ignore me. When I directly asked her to explain, I was met with a vacant stare. Yes she spoke English, she just didn't care to acknowledge my existence because I'm not Saudi enough. When I did get to the front of the next line, the vacant teller no 1 had stated serving but didn't bother to try serve me again, rather her phone was way more important. Teller no 2 finally served me but clearly didn't know her way around the point of sale system. The clumsy security check out was worse. No table space to put dockets or products for the security tags to be unlocked, zero patience there either. Seriously... if working is too much hassle, please don't. I have never been treated on such an arrogant and selfish way by tellers before. A significant amount of ANY training is required before specialising in magical customer service. Adab or manners would be a great starting point. With an intro in actually acknowledging another human being, (yes, I see you looking at me behind the mask, you're not invisible), then respect.
