Samakiat Restaurant — Restaurant in Municipality of Olaya

So for the love of fried fish, I was searching any restaurant other than Nirala or Dalla Fisheries and i found out Samakiat Restaurant with a good rating. We visited there to try out and ordered the following items:

Fried Shaour Fish 110SAR per kg. Taste was just average, as per the taste buds of local people, as it was not at all spicy, even salt was very less. Dynamite shrimps: 28 SAR. Dynamite shrimps were good, there was no smell, were freshly fried and dynamite sauce had the right taste. Biryani Rice (just a mix of white and brown rice) was also average, and was complimentary with the fish Potato wedges:22 SAR Ordered for kids, the potato wedges were good. Complimentary White Bread with the shrimps was good

So overall, just an average experience, the family sitting area was good. For people who want to try fish, i would suggest to go for Dallah Fisheries, Bahrya or Nirala Restaurant as Samakiat wasnt meeting desi taste expectations despite it's...

It was my first time to visit this restaurant as a change to explore seafood options they have. To be honest, the receiption and staff and service are extraordinary and so friendly. Now, the food is high quality at all levels, taste and quantity comparing to the price. I ordered almost all the menu, friend fish felet, fried clamary, tempora shrimp, tamuline sop, pumpkin soup and creame soup, plus grilled salmon along with two types of rice, as i did not know that with the order they serve free plate of mixed rice. Excellent! However, i was shocked when i could not find fresh tiger prawn nor jampo shrimps as they have only one size (medium). But all in all, it was agreat experience and great taste of seafood in Riyadh. Deserve to try again and agaian. But they should expand their items more and more to take the lead...

It is a really nice palace for the sea food. The place is clean, the food is delicious and you can taste the flavors on your food. The price I think normal for a seafood restaurant. I had a grilled Seapacy fish and shrimp with olives oil and seafood soup without cream (I forgot the name of the soup). The fish was so delicious, the shrimp was normal, and the soup was delicious. The order comes with two types of rice one is brown and the other is white. Before you order they will serve you a fresh baked bread with two sauce, on is spicy(hot) the other Tahinin white sauce. It has family section and single sections. I recommend to visit this place and for me I want to come back to try the lobster and see. Note: the fishes there are fresh and you are the one who will choose it and make sure that fish is fresh. They have different types of seafoods and different cooking styles such as: grilled, boiled and inside the oven.

المطعم ممتاز جدا الاكلات البحرية. الاسعار جدا معقولة. المكان نظيف وجود قسم خاص للعائلة و الافراد. العوائل الجلسات مغلقة وغير مكشوفة للخصوصية. اول ما تجلس يتم تقديم خبز من اعداد المطعم حار توه طالع من الفرن مع نوعين صلصلات وحدة حارة او حراق الثانية اتوقع طحينة .طلبت سيباس مشوية و جمبري بزيت الزيتون و شوربة بحرية اللي موب كريمة (صراحة نسيت اسمها). الطلب يجي معه نوعين رز ، صيادية ورز ابيض. السيباس المشوي أنصح به وبقوة لذيذ جدا ومليان بهارات. الجمبري كان متوسط صراحة والشروبة كانت ممتازة و الرز كان جميل. أنصح الذهاب إلى هذا المطعم من خدمة ممتازة و اكل طيب ونظافة. و ان شاء الله لي زيارة قادمة اجرب استكوزا و أنواع أخرى من السمك. ملاحظة: طبعا السمك عندهم طازج و انت اللي تنقيه وتشوفه قدامك قبل الطبخ. عندهم أنواع متعددة من السمك، و طرق طبخ مختلفة مثلا:...
