If there was a rating for zero I would prefer to keep that because the customer service was like hell.

Went to have a look for some pants and underwear then my friend was unsure about his waist’s size. Then he decided to check the size of his underwear by going to changing room so that he could look at his underwear.

But the colleague over there{(Mr Neeshan)so called senior Supervisor} allegedly knocked the door of the changing room bringing him(my friend) outside and trying to accuse him of checking the new underwear.We explained about it but he was not convinced and started checking the changing room and found nothing.

Later on he is saying‘I thought you were trying to check the new underwear that’s why I stopped you.’That’s the literal words he said.

Like customers are supposed to be treated in a nice way.But the behaviour shown in the mall was totally unacceptable.And even after the mistake was done the gentleman was unapologetic and just stuck on the words saying I thought that would happen and all just keeping the unusual assumptions.We even said he should have checked the camera before performing such misbehaviour but he didn’t listen.And we asked for his name so that we could raise a complain but he denied to give his name and even didn’t have a badge on his chest as a proof.And it’s not like we are from Albathaa.We came travelling around 40kms just to have some shopping and we even bought around 2,500SAR worth of items and even our trolley full of items so how could he even think of us using or stealing the underwear worth 30SAR.

So in overall I would strongly recommend not to go for shopping over there.

Very Bad experience. Today 27th April. I entered this mall with 2 of my cousins with a huge shopping plan because my brothe is travelling after tomorrow for marriage. We started from Health & Beauty section and after picking some shampoo cream and other beauty products we were looking for some toothpastes & toothbrushes and I was showing my brother that Dabur offers Free Brush with paste in a cheaper price and opened the box to show him there's a brush inside. The same time the tall lady security asked me "why you opened the box? " I asked her "is it not allowed to cheak the products at least?" She didn't answered anything and went a little away from us. We already kept the toothpaste back on the same shelf. After few minutes she came back to us and started claiming that We stole the axe brand oil which is clearly old and (I brought it from home), I was caring with me for headache was in my hand. She started being horrible to us and telling Infront of ther people we are thiefs without any evidence. I told her to check the camera first and not to call as "سارقين" before they can prove it. She became more excited and called the male security and they both cheaked our pockets to see if there some other things we stollen. The male security took us on the 2st floor to the office and he kept saying "you guys are thiefs" "انتو سارقين" We requested him to show us the video or let us talk to someone from the management where they can prove we stole it from the store. They destroyed our 1 hour then said "the full vdo is not found, you all go out from the mall" ..

The most horrible shopping experience in my life. We are scared to be in LuLu in future. There is no safety or respect
