This place has become my favorite, it’s only about five minutes from my house. I love the atmosphere, and I always come here for hair and nail services because they do such a great job.
However, my last visit didn’t meet their usual standards. I got a manicure and pedicure with regular nail polish, and everything looked fine when I left. But the next day, I noticed that one of my nails had chipped.
I immediately contacted them via WhatsApp, and their response was, “If it’s regular nail polish, we can’t help you!” This was surprising because their own policy—clearly displayed at the reception desk—states that touch-ups for regular nail polish are allowed within one day, while gel polish touch-ups are allowed within three days.
When I pointed this out, they didn’t respond. So, I went directly to the salon to get my nail fixed. When I arrived, I told the receptionist that I was the one who had been messaging her. She simply said, “Ah, okay. You can go upstairs and get your nail fixed.”
Upstairs, they called a technician to fix my nail, but the service was disappointing. She removed the chipped polish and applied a new coat of the same color, but she didn’t clean the edges properly. There was still polish around the nail, and I waited for her to fix it, but she just said, “Finished. Done.”
I looked at my nail and asked, “Do you think this looks acceptable? Is it even cleaned properly?” She then cleaned around the nail, but she was clearly annoyed and didn’t like my comment.
And now, four of my nails are already chipped—and it’s only been two days! :)

Read moreI gave the service itself two stars, but the customer service was very poor. I had booked a treatment service only, but when I arrived, the hairdresser asked me about a product called "Trendy" (she didn't mention the product's name she just described it). She said it would be suitable for my dry hair and asked if I wanted to use it, without mentioning any that will cause extra charge. I agreed, as it seemed suitable for my hair based on her advice. After she started working on my hair, the receptionist came and informed me that the hairdresser had used a different service on me, and the price was much higher than the service I had chosen in the first (the price was double what I had selected). I couldn't say anything as the hairdresser had already begun the treatment and applied the product. I didn't appreciate this behavior at all, as it seemed unfair to make the customer pay extra for a service they didn't choose in the first place. Even when I contacted customer service via WhatsApp, they read my message and didn't respond.

Read moreExtremely disappointing experience. After an amazing first visit, my second time at the salon was a complete disaster. I arrived early for my appointment, hoping to fit in a quick manicure. Instead, I was shuffled between services with hair dye sitting on my scalp for over an hour, causing a painful allergic reaction and burning. Despite giving the exact L’Oréal shade I’ve used for years (shade 6), the stylist mixed it with a lighter one, leaving my roots an awful yellow-blonde—completely mismatched. To fix it, she had to reapply more color close to 10 pm while the rest of the staff rushed out. She even asked the receptionist to dry my hair before leaving mid-way. The whole process felt careless, chaotic, and rushed—my burning scalp was treated roughly and with no regard for my comfort.
While my hair was still being worked on, male cleaners walked into the salon—and I was not even covered properly!! It felt extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable.
What should’ve been a relaxing evening turned into a stressful, painful ordeal. I left with visibly mismatched hair and a scalp in pain. I will never be returning, and I absolutely do not...
