Hi there..i knew this Salon from my friend.My first visit was on Nov 2021 for hair colouring. The environment and decorations inside the salon was lovely and awesomes. Madam and the staffs was so friendly and very proffesional. Its make me feel satisfied and for sure to come again for other services.For hair coluring and base colour with highlights, Hana is one of my favourite staff in this salon. Every month i will come for the re- touch of my hair color.The facial in the private room and it was so comfortable and relaxing...love it. Yesterday, for the first time I had pedi & manicure again after such a long time i stopped to do it.Laila & her friend treated me with gentle and proffesional.They reassured me to relax and their service was perfect. LOVE this Salon and for sure i will recommended this salon to all my friends.Thank you to all Zysha Salon staff and good luck...

Had gone to the Yarmuk branch yesterday, very very disappointed. I asked them to suggest a facial for my sensitive skin, they suggested the most expensive one but yet I went for the one for 180 SAR (which was still 3rd expensive on the list) As the facial started, they used products on my face only for 2 mins each, bleach was put for hardly 40 secs. My “luxury” facial was all done and dusted in 25 mins. Spoke to the manager but nothing really helped. I asked them to show the products they used for me, they refused saying it’s not allowed. No refund, nothing , I was asked to take a body massage instead which I politely declined. Haircut done was okay But I basically threw 180 SAR for facial.
