Delta City — Local services in City of Belgrade

If you are a person who enjoys shopping, you should definitely put this one on your list. To get there is very easy, just pick the bus number 95 from the city center known as Zeleni Venac, and go towards the Branko's bridge, enjoy the view while getting to this shopping mall. I won't tell you what it is, but you make sure to look left and right. This is one of the oldest and most popular places with plenty to offer. Yet it's built in modern and stylish way. Sometimes it is not just the love for shopping, and looking around to see , oh what is new this season, it also includes people who work there. A couple days ago I needed tights for a very important meeting, my request was specific, and strict, so I went to the store specialised for it where I was served professionally, with respect, and the woman who helped me actually listened me. You don't always get that. For me It is always impressive when a merchant knows his job, goods, behaves with understanding and respect customers. From my experience online shopping can be stressful if the product you saw online and ordered didn't meet your expectations. Clothing, bookstores, shoes, bags, everything for kids and young people. Delta City in Belgrade is a solid choice for shopping, but it’s not without its flaws. The mall is spacious and well-organized, with a good variety of stores that cover everything from fashion and electronics to beauty and home goods. It’s not as crowded as some of the larger shopping centers, which makes for a more relaxed shopping experience, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable.

One of the things I appreciate is the selection of restaurants and cafés, which provide a nice break during my visit. The mall is also easy to navigate, and parking is generally convenient, although it can get a bit tight during peak hours.

However, despite these positives, there are a few drawbacks. Some of the stores could offer more variety, and certain sections of the mall feel a bit dated compared to newer shopping centers. Additionally, while it’s not always overcrowded, it can still get quite busy on weekends, which can make the experience less enjoyable.

Overall, Delta City is a decent mall, but it could benefit from some improvements in terms of store variety and overall updates. My rating...

Terrible customer service by an employee who did not know the basics about any baby car seats in the shop even though she was in charge of that section. She basically explained to us that the difference between three selected car seats is the same as the difference between a Mercedes and fića car. They are both cars but different brands 😨 So much for the knowledgable employees. I basically gave up to ask about any other products and left. I recommend shopping for these things in Aksa baby shop further down the road. Their employees know everything there is to know about every single product. Sorry Dexi co, you just seem not to take customer experience seriously. Also I made a complaint about this experience by contacting them on their email and nobody even cared to respond at least to show a good will to improve. Shame though, I liked the layout of the store...
