Walter Delta City — Restaurant in City of Belgrade

Wow, where to start… first regarding your cevapi, you provided misinformation that they are gluten free, you said they are 100% meat, and after some time your manager said they are not! Second you messed up delivery, and when called you said: “ you will see what you can do”!!! What do you mean you “will see”, you apologize and send immediately new and correct order! Then after a call to your manager via call center, they apologize and nothing! Correct order was never sent, nothing, we stayed with wrong order, one person didn’t have what to eat and thats it….i mean whats...

Worst Walter restaurant (not even a restaurant, you just order food and sit at the shared tables at Delta City).

After saying the order will be ready in 15 minutes, we arrive and the cashier (older woman with short blonde hair) is ignoring us, after saying "can we have our order" she continues to do some receipts for solid few minutes and then just takes our ćevapi that was behind her the whole time!!

This instance made me decide to not go to Walter in Delta City ever again. Shame, because the food is good but the customer service...

Започео бих рецензију са 'ништа специјално' и оценом 3/5 али то би било под утицајем мојих очекивања од Waltera као институције, која нису задовољена. Имајући то на уму Walter јесте прецењен, али далеко од тога да је лош. Месо је сасвим ок, мрвицу жилавије него што би требало бити али треба се сетити Walter је fast food а не ресторан. Месо је објективно далеко квалитетније од других свињских месишта у Делти, али за далеко боље (и јефтиније) месо можете отићи до Роштиљ Мирковића који је на 5мин колима од Делте. Услуга је одлична, менаџер професионалац и радња делује чисто. Оценио бих са 3.5/5 да...
