Overall the massage is good but some consultants are not very well trained.
Some consultants will forget that they are doing treatment for you and let you sit there for like 45 minutes to an hour. You have to follow up with other consultants to wash hair if not continue to sit there and waste time.
Almost every time I go will have different consultant do treatment for me and whenever they scan my scalp, they will say different problems I have. (facepalm) During my last visit, the consultant said by right my scalp issues shouldnât do treatment that involves head massage cuz it will make your current situation even worse.. what??? does it mean that I paid so much for a wrong treatment package?
Every time after scanning, they will sell you package or their products. Itâs like if u need them to have a check on your scalp, u will need to listen to them sell product/package. Sigh.. how am I going to trust your PROFESSIONAL opinions again if I donât see results so far. (facepalm)
I personally think that my consultant Selina wasnât professional and sincere enough in providing the right treatment.. feels like she just want to close sales and didnât really check whatâs the real issues of my scalp. Also, she didnât mention that the amount she offered doesnât include GST, so when I checked the total amount I found out that it was over my budget and Iâve told her my max budget earlier. I asked eh why didnât let me know earlier that the price offered hasnât include GST. She said oh I thought u knew it already since just now u looked at the monitor screen and somewhere in the page displayed GST is not included. Hello??? Isnât it you supposed to tell me about this? You expect everyone reads every single thing on your screen?
At last, I still take up the offer and due to financial constraints, I asked if I can pay the remaining amount following month and she said no problem, so we signed an agreement that stated Iâll pay on the following month. The second week I visit, which still far from the date that I have agreed, she requested me to pay for the remaining amount. I was like ???... the reason she told me was the original price of my treatment until the date i agreed to pay is more than the amount Iâve already paid earlier.. hmm, why donât you tell me during the day I get the package? Initially was quite hesitant because I was afraid that theyâd be super hard selling but I went anyway. It started off with a consultation and scan, with the lady pointing out several problems with my scalp. We then proceeded to do the treatment which took up a lot of my time. I was prepared to spend 2 hours there (what they told me when I first entered the shop) but I was stuck there for 3 hours. Why? The lady was super hard selling and I understand that this is part of their job but it was really super irritating. Throughout the treatment, I had small talks with the lady here and there. When we went into the consultation room post treatment to do another scan, she tried to sell me a package and I refused. She then suggested then I pay with Atome, to which I told her thereâs always an error when I try to use Atome (actually not lying about this). But what she suggested next was crazy. She suggested that I get my partner to âsponsorâ the package or to get him to send his Atome account details over⌠I was speechless but all I could do was continue rejecting. In the end, the only way to get out of there was to tell her I will return again once I have money (because I just kept telling her I was broke LOL) and eventually, after 3 hours, I was out of there.

Li Hong's diagnosis and proposed treatment for my hair issue is very effective - i am so happy with the result. i feel so much more confident now and for the first time, i dont have to resort to perming my hair to get the volume, the hair volume is real !
Ling Yan is like the NEX's branch walking encyclopdedia. Although I can only grasp maybe 60-70% of her endless Theory of Beijing 101 products n machine functions, you are just so assured you are in good hands n tat she is a knowledge resource to everyone at Nex. Lai Ming incorporates his body builder trained strength for washing hair n massaging the scalp n neck, truly enjoyed tat ! His personal belief in maintaining consistency is indeed commendable. Front desk is ever accommodating to my schedule, appreciate Penny n team.
